Insight Training Solutions, an online learning platform that delivers custom training specifically for medical practice employees, has partnered with the leader in ophthalmic staff training, Eye Tech Training.
Entitled 10 Steps to Phenomenal Patient Experience, the 30-minute video course teaches medical practice employees and managers how to create a phenomenal patient experience within a practice. The training resource also demonstrates how to strengthen job security and lay the foundation for building a thriving medical practice in the long-term.
The new course was adapted for Insight Training Solutions via a licensing partnership with Eye Tech Training, a Florida-based consulting firm that provides leading-edge ophthalmic staff training. The original concept for the course was created by Sharon Alamalhodaei, COMT, OSC, a nationally-recognized leader in ophthalmic technician training and education.
