We are excited to announce that Shawny Hargrove has joined Insight Training Solutions as our new Director of Curriculum Development. With her extensive experience in Learning and Development, Shawny is poised to elevate our training programs and drive innovation in adult education.
Shawny has over eight years of experience developing and overseeing course programs for adult learners across diverse industries, including Banking, FinTech, Blockchain, Aviation, and Hospitality. This broad expertise aligns perfectly with our mission to deliver cutting-edge training solutions in healthcare. As Training Director at a rapidly expanding restaurant chain, Shawny demonstrated her ability to scale learning programs effectively. She successfully implemented a new Learning Management System, optimized onboarding processes, and introduced innovative learning strategies that supported the company’s growth from 500 employees across multiple states. Shawny holds a B.A.S. in Business/Management from Campbell University and has certifications in Data Analytics and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
At Insight Training Solutions, Shawny will lead the development of engaging and effective training materials, oversee our curriculum design team, and enhance our LMS capabilities. She will collaborate with industry partners to ensure our programs meet evolving market needs and implement data-driven approaches to measure and improve training effectiveness.
